All prices, availability, and policies on this web site are subject to change without notice.
When you visit our web site or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail. Due to the high volume of emails we receive every day, please allow us 24 hours to reply to your email on weekdays and 48 hours at weekends. We don't offer phone order or phone support.

Return policy:

  1. We do not offer any return, replace or exchange on musical instruments and its accessories sales. We  ship out the good condition instruments which inspected by our professional musician. All products are sold AS IS. We cannot offer any warranty and we cannot accept responsibility for problems that occur after an item has been delivered.
  2. We could offer return, replacement and exchange items only if CDs and VCDs are defective. 
     A. Please email us within 7 days after the  CDs or VCDs delivery to you. We will issue you an authorization Number. Any item returned to us without a Return Authorization Number will be refused.
    B. We recommend returned items be shipped via properly packed couriers that issues a tracking number and insure the package against loss or damage. Collect shipments will not be accepted.
    C. All returned items must arrive back to us in original condition within 15 days after delivery.
    D. Any finish damages, scratches, or broken parts, will be charged a restocking fee.
    E. Items may only be returned for replacement or exchange and not for any refund unless the items you ordered are out of stock. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable.
    F. We can not ship out the replacement or refund to you before we receive the items from you.
    G. The VCDs are best display in VCD players which made in China and the computer DVD drives. We don't guarantee it will work for any DVD player rather than the ones we recommended.
    H. Any item sent back for us will be tested. If an item is tested and is determined to be either (1) not defective or (2) physically damaged by the customer, we will refuse any replacement or refund.
    I. If, in its sole discretion, we decide to issue a refund for shipping and handling charges, such a refund shall be based on UPS/ FedEx Ground charges or USPS First Class postage - whichever is less. 

Cancellation policy:

1.Customers can have a full refund if they cancel within 30 minutes of placing an order.

2.For buy it now option, we will charge a $10.00 processing fee to customers who cancel an order more than 30 minutes after placing an order but before we ship it.

3.For preorder option, we will charge a 5% of your payment processing fee who cancel an order more than 30 minutes after placing an order but within 25 days; a 8% charge of your payment processing fee who cancel an order more than 30 days after placing an order but before we import it; we don't accept any cancellation after it will be imported.

4.We shall not accept any cancellation and refund after the goods have been shipped out.

Disclaimer for loss and damage:

All items purchased from chineseculture.net are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that risk of loss and damage and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carriers (usually USPS, UPS and FedEx). We shall have no liability to anyone for incidental or consequential damages or any other liability, loss or damage arising out of or related to the merchandise sold. All merchandise is sold "AS IS". We make no warranty as to the performance or suitability of any merchandise sold.

Payment and Shipping Policies

We accept major credit cards via paypal the fasteat and safeast payment and also take money order or cashier check(please email us if you prefer send a money order or cashier check).
We only accept orders with a confirmed address which is your credit card billing address. We reserve the right to reject any order which does not have a confirmed address.
If you want us ship to a different address, you must specify the confirmed address when you place the order then email us or put a note on your payment as to where the goods are to be sent.
